What really touched me was the profoundness I could sense when I softened within myself, and in the arms of the other. My life had been very shaken just before the start.

To be able to arrive, soften, and actually allow myself to fall. To meet the brokenness I was experiencing, rather than holding it together.

And then, the richness of being witnessed in my process without judgement, with so much tenderness and love. To be held by the masculine when I was collapsing, without having to carry anything for anyone else.

In the arms of the other, I could breathe again. I could feel my own energy returning, and with it, a sense of safety and grounding.

Thank you Rita Maria for your insights, and depth on the experience.

Are you still attached to the past?

So often I meet people who are living their lives, yet somewhere along the way, unconsciously, continue living from what they experienced before. As if the rope that once held them tight was never loosened, never cut through.

What we have lived does not simply stay behind us. It can continue to live through us, in the way we feel, respond, protect, withdraw, or reach for another.

Awareness is where we begin, but change asks something deeper: to stay with what is arising now, to feel it fully, and to allow the present to become more than a repetition of what was.

I don’t just know it.
I live it.
I let it shape how I meet life.

And this is what it means to live from a place of full presence.

There are places where I remember that I am not separate from nature.

Walking through the forest, over roots, stones and uneven ground, I can let the landscape lead instead of trying to control the way. The longer I stay with a place, the more I begin to notice it. Its rhythms, its silence, what it asks of my attention. And slowly, the distinction between what is outside and what is within begins to dissolve.

The forest is no longer scenery. It becomes part of the experience, part of the remembering.

Nature is not something we step into. We belong to it.

This is the space I bring into my immersions, learning to listen to a place, letting it guide the journey, and allowing the landscape within and around us to meet. More in the bio.

There are things we know, but don’t always have access to.

Underneath the roles we play and the ways we’ve learned to hold things together, there is often something more still that hasn’t gone anywhere.

Heart Attunement is a way of meeting that place again.

Through energy, breath, sound and the body, we slow down and notice what is here. What we’re holding, what is ready to soften, and what we may have known for a long time.

You might notice a change in the tension you didn’t know you were holding, or simply feel a little more at home in your body. More energy and direction in your life.

Curious to experience it? Find the next session in my bio.

What if the heart knows something the mind cannot reach?

Heart Attunement is a guided, heart-centred energy transmission into the deeper layers of experienc, beneath the noise of the mind, into what is quietly present underneath it all.

Through energy, voice, breath, sound and stillness, we turn our attention inward. We listen, feel, and make space for what is already here in the present moment.

There is nothing to figure out or become, nothing new to find.

It is about becoming still and calm to hear what has been true all along.

You can find me on top of the mountains, where I remember who I truly am.

Those close to me know my connection with nature — the wild, the pure, and all that it reflects in each of us.

Nature has changed my life, or perhaps more truthfully, reminded me of who I am beneath the layers of being human in society.

The deeper I go, the more I realise that nature is not simply the landscape around us. It is part of the journey. The outer landscape speaks to the inner one, until the distance between the two begins to disappear.

We are nature. We were never separate from it.

This is why nature has become part of the immersions I offer. When we stop placing ourselves outside of nature, the landscape we enter becomes inseparable from the one within us. More info in the bio.

What if you are not the centre?

We come together to explore ourselves, yet the longer we stay, the harder it becomes to separate that exploration from everything around us. The people moving beside us, the Bedouin woman, Salina, dancing with us. The desert beneath our feet, and the knowledge carried by those who have lived in deep connection with this land for generations.

This is where the experience becomes larger than the self. We begin to understand that what we learn does not only come from looking within, but from allowing ourselves to be changed by what we encounter: another person’s presence, the land, and a culture we are invited to listen to rather than simply observe.

To know yourself, you have to be courageous enough to the world change you.

Come and experience what happens when you let the world move you.

What if you stopped trying to figure yourself out?

When the nervous system softens, the heart can take the lead. What’s been held can begin to move, release, and breathe again.

Heart Attunement is an invitation to step out of the mind and come back to sensing, to your body, your heart, and what’s here now.

Less searching and doing.
More listening and being.

Upcoming sessions and immersions across the Netherlands, Belgium, Europe and Egypt.

The masculine does not disappear when it becomes vulnerable.

He doesn't have to become less of a man to surrender control. He can remain fully himself while allowing another person to come close to the places he cannot, or does not want to, hold alone.

In a world where men are taught to carry, protect and hold, “I’m hurting,” “I’m scared,” or “Can you hold me?” can be difficult words to say.

Yet one of the deepest acts of trust is letting someone else hold you.

Do you want a deeper meeting with yourself, beneath the roles and patterns you’ve learned to carry? Explore the upcoming immersions via the link in bio.

There is a particular kind of honesty that happens when you spend days together in the desert.

After a while, you stop trying so hard to hold yourself together. You laugh until you cry. You notice who you instinctively reach for. Who you trust, and what you’ve been carrying without even knowing it.

And then, somewhere between a long walk, a shared meal and a starry night, you realise you don’t have to keep figuring yourself out.

Maybe it’s not about finding yourself here. It’s realising how long you’ve been away.
