About the workshop:

In this workshop, we dive into the meditative side of creating. It is an invitation to slow down, let go of self-doubt and judgement, and reconnect with your natural creative flow.

Through a series of gentle exercises, you will rediscover the joy of creating in a way that feels intuitive, free and personal, without pressure or expectations.

After this guided process, you will have time to create your own artwork. You can choose to work with paint or collage, depending on what resonates most with you in that moment.

Everyone will leave with a personal piece, created by you, for you. A reflection of your inner world, and a reminder of your creative essence.

This workshop is perfect for anyone who feels disconnected from their creativity, or simply wants to take a moment to slow down and create with intention.

No experience is needed, only openness.

It’s about time to create somewhere in the Mediterranean again🦋 🧜🏼‍♀️

It does something to my soul like no other place.
The calmness, the energy, peace, fresh food, sea breeze, warm sun, happy faces, everything feels light on this side of the world.

Maybe because time seems to stand still here.
For some reason I have endless inspiration here and I get in touch with myself easily.

There is no rush, no need to check your phone or emails constantly, because “just being” feels like the priority here.

There are not many places where I feel truely grounded, but here I always do 🐚
