Veel vrouwen overwegen na een zwangerschap, gewichtsverlies of veranderde wensen een borstlift zonder prothese, of met een veel kleinere prothese.

Bij geselecteerde patiënten kan het eigen borst- en dermale weefsel uit de onderpool worden gebruikt om de borst van binnenuit opnieuw vorm te geven. Dit weefsel wordt naar boven verplaatst om meer steun, projectie en natuurlijke volheid te creëren, zonder een grote prothese.

Prof. Pirayesh heeft jarenlange ervaring met deze geavanceerde borstlifttechnieken, ook bij complexe revisie-operaties na eerdere borstchirurgie.

THE REAL DEAL — The Deep Plane Facelift Explained

In a recent NRC feature, Dr. Ali Pirayesh highlights why the deep plane facelift is becoming the gold standard for mature patients seeking natural, long-lasting rejuvenation.

Unlike traditional facelifts that only tighten the skin, the deep plane technique lifts the deeper anatomical layers — the ligaments, SMAS, cheeks, and jawline — allowing the face to be restored without a pulled or artificial look.
