Designer Nose✨🌹

She’s a professional model.
Her nose was broken in an altercation…
She came to me to restore & beautify her nose.
She’s a perfectionist, so I hesitated…
After a few talks we agreed that perfection does not exist & that the aim would be to just make her nose straighter & slightly smaller. No perfection.
I failed….
She look so amazingly perfect✨
Thanks for the trust & for sharing your story. I helps people is so many ways than we know 🙏🏽

Revision Rhinoplasty✨
Operated elsewhere a couple of years ago & not happy with the result- over-resected dorsum, upturned tip .
We augmented the dorsum using a cartilage-prp patch (Dr Guillaume Carles ) & down-rotated the tip using a taco graft (Aaron Kosins, MD ).
It all about making the nose less obvious, creating a natural non operated look.
Think we nailed it?

Thanks for sharing. Sharing is the only way others can see what’s possible. And often the way you found me. So don’t be shy to share. Be proud 🌹❤️.

Look at this beautiful lady!✨
The goal of the procedure is to make you feel less conscious of your appearance.
To forget about your nose whenever pictures are being make or you are meeting new people (like zoom calls). And to make the result natural- no scars, preservation of anatomy and a signature artistic view.
Did we nail it? Let us know!

Direct postoperative result✨
Beautiful Persian lady requesting a smaller, more feminine nose. We lowered her dorsum, refined her tip & narrowed her nostrils using preservation rhinoplasty techniques. Thanks for your trust in me🙏🏽
Think you’ll be really happy with the final result🎉

A year later✨
Same girl, just more secure in her own skin. This is what a natural result looks like once it fully settles.

Got your own favorite post-rhinoplasty picture? Send it my way!
I’d love to see it. 🌹

✨🌹
It’s not always about the size….
Sometimes it’s just the shape.
