A week ago already😱, we hosted the very first Self Care Event by Cosmopolitan Clinic Amsterdam ✨

It was such a beautiful evening and a special experience to bring everyone together around the topic of self care. During my talk, I shared more about taking time for yourself, feeling confident in your own skin, and creating moments of care in our busy lives. 🦄

The evening was filled with different experiences: trying products, face scans, relaxing under the red light lamp, make-up touch ups, live illustrations, and getting to know our newest laser device.⚡️

A big thank you to .agency.ams for helping us organize this event so beautifully, and to all of our partner brands and everyone who helped behind and in front of the scenes. We truly appreciate all the support 🤍

Last week I was in Monaco 🇲🇨 for the AMWC congress. 😍

Interesting sessions on multi-layer treatments with injectables and the growing role of regenerative aesthetics 🧬 from injectables to less invasive options like exosomes, skincare and supplements.

‼️ Als a topic that’s becoming more common in our practice: patients who lose significant weight with GLP-1 medication, and the changes that can happen in the face and body.

Always good to step out of the clinic for a few days, learn from colleagues and bring new ideas back home.

Last Thursday I was invited to share a few thoughts about self-care at the Circulo Meet for a Women’s Day edition.

What touched me most was how many women felt connected to the theme. So many of us carry a lot, and often place ourselves last without even realizing it.

In the busy world we live in, self-care is about protecting our wellbeing and staying connected to ourselves. 💞

Grateful for the beautiful conversations and all the powerladies I had the chance to meet. 🤍

Tussen het werk door 💉 , het hitteplan op o.a. scholen 🥵en het stilstaan bij Keti Koti ⛓️‍💥 , neem ik vandaag ook even de tijd om stil te staan bij het vijfjarig 🎈bestaan van Cosmopolitan Clinic Amsterdam.

Een kliniek die ik met liefde heb opgebouwd en die door hard werk, toewijding en doorzettingsvermogen is uitgegroeid tot een van mijn favoriete plekken om te zijn. 🎀

Dit alles was niet mogelijk geweest zonder de mensen om mij heen, onze partners, ons geweldige team en natuurlijk onze cliënten, die ons het vertrouwen hebben gegeven om hen te behandelen en te begeleiden in hun beauty journey. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
