Officially certified 🎓
I recently completed my Neurodiversity Coach Certification.
And yes, I may have hyperfocused my way through parts of it… 😅
The more I learn about neurodiversity, the more interesting I find the difference between knowing how your brain works and actually noticing it while it’s happening.
Hyperfocus is a good example.
Give me something I’m really interested in and I can study, create or work on it for hours.
Household chores, on the other hand… somehow never seem to trigger quite the same level of dopamine. 😉
The photo of me meditating peacefully between boxes and general chaos in my old studio may provide some supporting evidence.
And that’s part of why I started developing Character Development.
A playful way to recognise which “Character” is at the wheel today. Not to label yourself or immediately fix anything, but to understand your energy, activation and patterns a little better.
Hyperfocus is definitely one of mine.
Which Character do you recognise in yourself?
