Stiff hips? Achy back?
Long hours sitting can leave the hip flexors feeling stiff and restricted, which may affect how your hips move and how your lower back feels.
In this session, we begin by working on the front of the hip, including the iliacus, before progressing into the Side-Lying Reverse Hip Opener.
We start gently and gradually increase range of motion as the body adapts to the movement.
The goal isn’t to force a stretch.
The goal is to create more freedom through the hips, pelvis, and lower back so the body can move more efficiently.
