After last weekend, when different people came up to us saying,
“This. You two. Relationship goals!”
This message feels even more present and important.

Many of us are being invited, big time, right now, in this season. To stop asking:
“When is my life going to take off?”

And to start trusting the visions we have and go for them.

Your vision for love is not random.
Neither is your vision for your life, your mission, your legacy, your community, your motherhood, your inner and outer wealth.

The vision is not here to make you force it.
It’s here to bring you closer to who you truly are.

You don’t have to become someone you’re not to receive love. You don’t have to perform, prove, or abandon yourself to be chosen.

There is another way:

To remember who you are beyond persona, conditioning, patterns, and protection.

To truly come back to yourself.
Even more than you ever have.

Because only being truly you, creates a dynamic that is meant to stay.

Like the Creator said:

“Every area of my life has opened and expanded.”

This is what Queen Liz shared after being just 5 months inside Queendom.

And honestly, she is such a beautiful example of what happens when a woman stops trying to fix the surface and goes to the root.

Through The Root Method and the four pillars of Queendom, Liz came home to more of herself.

Her relationship is more incredible than it has ever been.
She is fully IN her mission.
She created her beautiful website.
She brought her postpartum card deck and app into the world.
And she is using her voice in a much bigger way.

This is the work.

I know someone needs to hear this today.

The work is working.

When you shift the place you operate from, everything shifts.

And I know that can sound like a pretty sentence, but I mean it.
I mean your whole experience can start to reorganize when the noise clears, the grip softens, and you stop trying to force clarity from the mind.

In The Pocket was a glimpse of what becomes possible in Queendom when a woman starts operating from her signal again.

In just one week, women inside received what they had been trying to force:

Answers arrived without thinking about it.
Purpose landed.

Pathways opened.

For the first time ever, Joya is with her dad for two weeks.

And Wednesday night, I had a small accident with our beautiful car. I’m okay—just a little bump, and a very human moment.

Both were moments where I could have left myself.

Gone into The Fog.
Into judgement. Worry. Blaming myself.
Or go for the other side of the same energy:

Pushing. Pulling. Performing.
Holding myself strong, big, cool.

And the truth is: I still feel those options all the time.

In every moment, literally all the time.

But something else is present now.

It has become more painful to abandon myself and react from The Fog
than to stay in The Pocket.

Choosing The Pocket is becoming an of course.

Not because life is always easy.
But because I know what is available when I meet life from here.

What that is? OMG IT’S:

• Feeling deeply alive and grateful for my life, love, family, work, home—and everything in it—every day.
• Being convinced of myself and what I am here for.
• Loving the people in my work so deeply that moving the world for them gives me energy, rather than costs it.
• My child running into my arms, holding me and feeling her love and gratefulness.
• A Queen watching one post, spending two hours in my world, and feeling so met that she is ready for a high-level offer.
• Clients and friends reflecting back the love, beauty, and aliveness we get to create together ALL THE TIME.

This was not always my reality.

This is my reality now.

Because I did—and still do—the work of returning to The Pocket. Returning to who we truly are.

And that is why I am posting this image, even though a part of me feels resistance. Even though it may not be the kind of image the algorithm rewards. Because you need to know, you can also return to The Pocket.

I trust the women who are meant to see it will see it.

And that they will feel the courage to join us.
To step into the energy.
To remember how great life is meant to be.

I thought I was going to a concert with my love.

I didn’t expect to witness a new way of being successful.

Watching The Legend, I felt recognition.

Because being in the pocket isn’t just for music.

It’s what happens when we become available for Life. When we return to our natural state—instead of forcing, proving, performing, and trying to have more, do more, and become more.

Mind you, I didn’t always know I was doing that.
I didn’t know I was clouded by the fog—the lens of limitation and difficulty 🤪

Until I remembered.
Not who I wanted to become.
Who I already was.

And with that remembering came something even deeper:
a return to me, to my truth, and to the inherent goodness of Life.

I realized that Life isn’t asking me to force my way forward—
to become, to try, to push.

It’s inviting me to be available for the very best in every moment.

I’m so grateful for all of the incredible guidance, tools, and practices I benefit from every single day.

And I know for sure there is another level of being in the pocket available for me, too.

We can always live closer to our true nature.
Feel more alive.
More expressed.
More fully who we truly are…

Life as a ceremony… How do we live the most meaningful life? A life that is truly touching, alive, incredible. The kind that makes your heart go… eeeiiikkk… whaaaa… wow!! 🥹❤️‍🔥

No matter if it’s a meal that’s made with love, a moment of connection, or a transition, I have been practicing a pause instead of rushing. To take a breath, to actually make eye contact, to appreciate what’s in front of me out loud...

And that’s not always comfortable 😅

At least for me…

I don’t know about you, but for me, it takes a whole lot of courage to actually do it when you’re the one who chooses to go first.
To do what is not the norm.

It often brings up resistance, questions, maybe even some faces at first...

But when I follow through, every single time, it’s life-giving. I see eyes lighting up, hearts opening, and smiles growing wider than the moment before...

We celebrated Joya’s seventh birthday this year not only with a cake and presents, but in the morning we also had a rite of passage.

A moment to stand still with her transition, to honor who she has already shown us to be, and to speak life into the woman she is slowly becoming... and to give room to the love and true power she is remembering herself to be.

I almost didn’t do it...
It’s so easy not to do it.

Instead, I got to witness Joya-Mae step into her next level... And me too. Maybe I needed it more than her. ;) It anchored me into my motherhood, my truth, my dignity, and the mother I want to be.

I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude. Omg. This feeling!! Not just because she turned seven. But because I took the time, energy, and courage to follow through. With two other women in her life who have such a huge impact on her upbringing.

I wonder how many sacred moments we rush past... instead of allowing them to reveal their beauty.

Because when we do, life doesn’t suddenly become more beautiful. We become present enough to notice that it always was.

Life is a ceremony.

Thank you, Joya. For who you are, for reminding me, and for this incredible moment❤️‍🔥

Oh my God, my love… your love. So inspiring. So heartwarming. You moved all the way to Amsterdam for me, for us!! And I have tears in my eyes just thinking about it. I feel blessed every single day to be with you and to witness and experience someone as present, fun, grateful, powerful, flexible, and deeply kind as you.

Truly, life with you is so incredible. It’s the life I choose, over and over again. With you.

And… it keeps getting better 🤯

Thank you for celebrating life, no matter what weather. Thank you for building our dreams, even when it’s very stretchy. Thank you for always trusting, opening-up and leading with your heart in ways I never even knew were possible.

It’s so wild to realize how much you mean to me. Truly.

This was everything 😮‍💨

And I’m very aware that what I call Queendom is something we have to actively MAKE happen.

Queendom is having it all.
It’s soul-led success where you feel deeply fulfilled in all areas of your life.

Having it all is our true nature.
It is living in alignment with the light of the Creator.

And for that, we have to be proactive.

That is not always easy.
It’s easy to be reactive: to go into worry, doubt, anger, sadness, victimhood, etc..

Reactivity may be our conditioned self.
But Queendom is our deeper truth.

Queendom is coming from the energy of true power,
which is pure love.

And it is something you consciously choose.
Something you implement.
Something you actively embody.

So that you can live more and more in alignment with the light of the Creator.

And this Mother’s Day was one of the many, many, many moments where I got to live what I teach.

I got to shift from pain, sadness, and victimhood — from reactivity — into being proactive.

In this case:
self-love,
the truth underneath,
trust,
and giving what I wanted to receive.

To MAKE Queendom happen.

I’m so grateful for this experience.
To share my appreciation with my mom and my mom-friends — whom I admire so much — was pure joy.

And to receive all the messages back…
Omg. Forever grateful.

Forever grateful for the ability to MAKE Queendom happen.
And to live what I call the Queendom Codes — like the gift of appreciation.

It’s never too late…

I came from disconnection.
From unhappiness.
From a closed heart.
From believing life had to be difficult.

To healing.
To essence.
To spontaneous joy.
To freedom in expression.
To my gifts.
To the lived experience that life is working for me.

OMG. 😭

And yet—

I was not fully loving and respecting myself
until I gave my dark feminine a sacred place,
slayed shame,
and uncovered the ways my body was unconsciously attracting situations I did not want.

Oops.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹.

You are experiencing the patterns you repeat most—
and calling it reality.

But 𝘺𝘰𝘶 get to live beyond the pattern.

I’m older, hotter, and wiser than ever—
and it’s deff not my grays ;)

It’s that I feel better in my own skin than ever before.

What frees you is your courage.

In November 2023, I led a free live experience. It was 11 AM for me, 2 AM in LA, and the moment everyone entered the room, my heart burst COMPLETELY open.

I knew something good was here.

What I didn’t fully know yet… was how much was about to change.

That experience touched so many people. One of them was Quddus, who joined live at 2 AM.

Now, 2.5 years later, we’re getting married. And some of the people from that room are still with me and keep changing their lives!!

This is about so much more than a love story.

It’s about what becomes possible when we KEEP saying YES TO FREEDOM. When we keep listening. When we keep entering rooms that expand our current ceilings. When we stop choosing the familiar over the freeing.

That’s why I’m bringing FEAR TO FREEDOM back.

Because the version of you who is more free, more loving, more alive, more joyful, and more fully expressed… already exists.

And sometimes it doesn’t take years. Sometimes it takes ONE brave decision.
