Equivocal | GnoseIf creates conscious Hip-Hop. One man embodied in two aliases providing a bed of instrumentals, a warm blanket of intentional vocals, and a soothing meditative cushion of saxophone embellishments. With deep thought and care his GnoseIf half just released two albums on cassette. Join him in sound and the now.

AMARA
Through experience and feeling, Amara hits the soul through spoken word, music and dance. The subjects of Amara are deep, awareness-making and healing through means of light. The belief that sensation, sensitivity and self-awareness helps not only artists create, but also listeners to heal.

Rest. Unwire. Recalibrate. Remember.
Imagine leaving behind the noise of everyday life and arriving in the vast silence of the Sinai Desert — living alongside the Bedouin, sleeping under the stars, sharing stories, walking through ancient landscapes and allowing the rhythm of desert life to become our guide.

This is not a retreat where you have to do more.
It is an invitation to do less.

To rest.
To breathe.
To listen.
To soften.
To simply be.

Together with the Live the Bedouin life tribe, Atef Malhas and Michelle Mahara, we are weaving an intimate journey full with sounds and music through the ancient lands of the Sinai in Egypt.

🎶 Atef will carry us through the journey with his music and songs, his beautiful voice and sound journeys — creating spaces for deep listening, singing, connection and presence.
✨ Michelle will hold and guide the journey through her unique world of precence and connection — bringing the magic of Mahara into the desert she will accompany the retreat with her beautiful presence and plant medicines such as flowers, cacao and blue lotus, creating gentle spaces for opening, reflection and connection.

And then there is Sinai itself.
The mountains.
The silence.
The stars.
The fire.
The Bedouin way of life.
The ancient wisdom carried by the land.
This is where the alchemy happens.
A space to unwire from the overstimulation of modern life, recalibrate your nervous system, reconnect with your senses and remember what it feels like to truly be present.
There is no need to become someone else here.
Perhaps, instead, you will simply have the space to return to yourself.

Like the stars are guiding us home we transcend the lower into the higher and embody more and more of that of that is. Oké lets not get to mystical over here!
