An Evening of Story, Embodiment & Herbal Connection

A gentle gathering exploring the traditional and contemporary use of Sceletium (Kanna), one of South Africa's most revered medicinal plants.

Together we slow down, share Kanna in a respectful and intentional way, learn about its history and relationship with the human body, and explore how it can support a more connected and embodied way of living.

The evening includes storytelling, education, guided practices, and space for authentic conversation.

This gathering is an exploration of what it truly means to hold space—
for yourself, for others, and for the unseen.

Together, we will soften into the deeper layers of ritual:what it is, where it lives within us,
and how it continues to shape our lives in both subtle and profound ways.
In a modern world that often moves too quickly,
ceremony offers us a return—
to presence, to intention, to connection.
This transmission is a personal journey,
shared from a place of deep listening and devotion.
A remembrance of the essence that has always been here,
woven through the ceremonies of our lives—both ancient and new.
We will also explore how this essence can be gently integrated
into the offerings we bring into the world,
allowing them to be rooted in authenticity, care, and meaning.
Throughout our time together,
we will sit in stillness and connection,
accompanied by the quiet ritual of sharing tea—
including blue lotus tea,
inviting openness, softness, and inner clarity.
