There’s a quiet kind of magic that happens in the coaching room.

No masks. No performing. Just becoming.

I am trying my best.
I am learning new ways to manage my emotions.
I am growing bit by bit, each day.
I am healing from within.
I am becoming more me.
I am finding myself, one honest conversation at a time.
I am allowing myself to simply be.

This isn’t about fixing what was never broken -
it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

Every session, every breakthrough, every tear and every laugh -
it all led here.

I am enough. I always was.

✨ This is what transformation actually looks like.

Some dreams die quietly…

Not because they were impossible,
but because we let someone else’s doubt become louder than our own belief.

You will have bad days.
You will question yourself.
You will fail.
You will need help.
You may even wonder if you should stop.

Pause. Breathe. Ask for support. Begin again.

But please don’t abandon yourself just because the journey got hard.

Your dream is yours to protect.
And so are you. 🩶

Save this for the day you need the reminder.
And send it to someone who needs permission to keep going.

Follow Rashmi l Self Worth Life Coach & Corporate Wellbeing Strategist for more reminders to choose yourself, trust yourself & build a relationship with yourself that doesn’t disappear when life gets hard. ✨

In the coaching room, we talk about boundaries a lot.

Not because you hate people. Because you’re allowed to love, consider, and protect yourself too.

Every time we say yes just to be liked, we quietly teach ourselves that our peace is negotiable. And slowly, we build a whole world of relationships that only work because we keep shrinking to fit them.

Ask yourself honestly - is that a sustainable way to live?

So yes, sometimes I have to be your worst nightmare and stop you right before you break a promise you made to yourself, just to keep someone else comfortable.

I can be annoying like that. 😅 It’s the job.

👇 Tell me - what’s a boundary you’re proud you kept this year?

• Overthinking every conversation.

• Explaining your boundaries to people committed to misunderstanding them.

• Comparing your journey to someone else’s timeline.

• Waiting until you feel “ready” to choose yourself.

• Looking for everyone’s approval before living your life.

• Wanting people to change who do not wish to, and feeling frustrated when they don’t meet the version of them you hoped they would become.

…And the hardest one to accept:
• Still expecting peace from people who repeatedly disturb it.

Which one are you choosing to let go of today?

The moment a difficult emotion knocks on the door of our heart… our instinct is often to run.

We overwork.
We scroll.
We stay busy.
We numb.
Anything but sit with what’s asking to be felt.

In the coaching room, we do something different.

I don’t teach my clients how to avoid their emotions - I help them create enough safety within themselves to stay.

Not to fix the feeling.
Not to make it disappear.
But to gently hold space for it.

Because every emotion carries a message. And when we stop running, we finally get to hear it.

Over time, this is how emotional resilience is built, not by escaping our emotions, but by learning we can survive them.

Running is exhausting.
Meeting yourself with compassion is where healing begins. 🤍

I’m curious… when life feels heavy, what’s your first instinct:

19/07/2026

✨ They stop abandoning themselves to keep everyone else comfortable.
✨ They stop chasing validation.
✨ They start keeping promises to themselves.
✨ They raise their standards instead of lowering them to fit in.
✨ They choose peace over people-pleasing.
✨ They become someone they can genuinely trust.

That’s what inner work looks like.

It doesn’t just change how you feel.
It changes how you make decisions, who you allow into your life, and the relationship you have with yourself.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in the same patterns, it isn’t because you’re broken. You may simply need the right support and tools.

It will cost you people. 🖤

Not clients. Not opportunities. People - the ones who only loved the version of you that stayed small, silent, and easy to manage.

Every person I’ve coached went “down” on someone’s scale before they went up in their own life. That’s not a side effect. That’s the whole point.

Because here’s what nobody tells you when you sign up for this work:

Healing isn’t a glow-up. It’s a filter.

It removes the people who needed you smaller.

The hard truth?
Every time you choose someone else’s comfort over your own truth, you teach yourself that your needs matter less.

You call it “being nice” when it was really self-abandonment.

Healing begins the moment you stop apologising for taking up space.

The moment you choose yourself - even if it disappoints others.

👇 Tell me in the comments:
What’s one way you’ve stopped abandoning yourself?
