3 sets of Biking, 2 min easy, 2 min medium (60%), 2 min Hard. 🚴 Then...
3 sets each of 40 sec on, 20 sec off - Side planks (swap half way), Reverse Fly's, Wall sit, Standing rotations and Shoulder press. 💪
