Te Rarawa is my tribe. My name is Karl Daniela. I am from Te Tai Tokerau(No

rthland). Today I am here to share all the things I love with you all. I have had an interest in breathwork and yoga for over 7 years which was sparked by constant low back pain from living the tradie life and a unrelenting need to connect with the taiao (enviroment) to see all she has to offer. After signing up for traditional Maori workshop mid 2020 I decide I needed to upskill my knowledge and start training in these fields, which lead to me completing Honohono1,2+3 and a 50hr+200hr yoga teacher training. Since signing up for Honohono I have ignited the passion reclaiming my birthright as a healer, I have a deep passion for connecting with people from all walks of life and for working with Mauri(energy) and wairua (Spirit) on a one-one basis, but I also enjoy teaching in group settings as it brings a different feel! Looking forward to working with whaiora(Human seeking wellness).
