It is built by every set of hands that has ever worked inside it, every voice that has welcomed a client at the door, every therapist who has poured genuine care into every treatment.

Over ten years, so many remarkable women have been part of this story. Some stayed for years. Some for a season. Every single one of them left a mark on this clinic and on me.

Three Tracys. One clinic. Ten years.

A decade ago I purchased All About You from a woman named Tracy. I had my own home salon at the time, and it was a big step. Big shoes to fill. That first year was hard. Almost everything fell apart. Staff left one by one, until only the lovely Tracey remained, quietly keeping things together behind the scenes. I don't know what I would have done without her, and I am so grateful to now call her a friend.

So much has changed since those early days. We have moved more times than I would like to admit, navigated Covid, a recession, and now a world with more uncertainty than any of us would choose. Through all of it, one thing has never wavered. The loyalty of this community. You have kept this place alive, and I am so incredibly grateful.

Every June, the same thing happens.

Most people think winter skin is just about dryness. It's a bit more complicated than that.

When temperatures drop, your skin's natural oil production slows down. At the same time, cold air and indoor heating pull moisture out of your skin faster than it can replace it.

Sunday mornings lately have looked like this.

Molly, Jon and I at the local market, grabbing whatever looks good, chatting to the people who actually grew it, and taking our time.

No agenda. Just us, fresh air, and good food.

Then home to spend the afternoon with Jon, cooking up everything we picked up, prepping for the week ahead and just... recharging. Properly.

It got me thinking about how much we talk about what we put *on* our skin at the clinic, but what we put *in* our bodies matters just as much. And there's something about buying from real people, who care about what they're producing, that just feels right.

Supporting local isn't a trend for us. It's just how we like to live.
