✨ Equilibra emociones y genera paz interna

Restorative poses with a blanket invite the body to soften and surrender.
The gentle support helps the nervous system relax, the breath deepen, and the mind settle.

Rest is also part of the practice.
Sometimes stillness is exactly what we need.

Save this video and come back to these poses anytime.
Stay in each posture for at least one minute and allow the body to fully release.

With love,
Ximena 🤍

Tight hips? Try this.
Malasana helps open the hips, release the lower back, and support digestion.
Simple, grounding, and surprisingly powerful.

Neck & shoulder stretches ✨

If you often feel tension in your neck and upper back, give these stretches a try.

You can do them a few times a day — especially during stressful moments or after long hours at the computer.

Hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds. No sudden movements, no pulling. It’s not about cracking your neck, just gently stretching and releasing

Hope this helps 🤍
