It’s a bittersweet Monthly Legend this month!

Today was Nicole’s last session in studio with us, before the Swete family relocate to Christchurch.

Goals have been smashed, friendships have flourished, and plenty of sweat and hard work put in during your time with us…so proud of you!
We will certainly miss Nicole’s presence in studio, but I’m sure she’ll be back for a visit!

Ps: We’ll also miss visits from Harper 🐾

Clocking over 400 classes since the Movement Studio doors opened, you can’t say this gal isn’t consistent!!

Without a doubt, Jess is here every morning at 6am.
Whilst she loves a good yap with her gym bestie 😜 she’ll put her head down and do the work that’s needed.

Jess has recently levelled up her training for an upcoming fitness event, convincing her hubby it was a great idea too 😅

Well done on being a Movement Studio Legend 🤩

Becky is the energy you want next to you during a tough workout!

She’s keen, motivating and will not only push herself through a workout, but the person next to her too!

Becky is a busy working mum - so the time she prioritises for herself in studio, she certainly doesn’t shy away from making the most of it!

Your drive, determination and strength is inspiring Becky - Well done on being a Movement Studio Legend 🤩

Janine has been part of the Coached By Nic community since day one! Both as a 1:1 client and part of our group sessions.

Over that time, Janine’s strength has absolutely skyrocketed. Her growth isn’t just in the weights she lifts, but also in her resilience, determination, and mindset she brings to every challenge she faces.

Strong-minded, strong-willed AND a strong body…Janine is the perfect example of what perseverance can achieve.!

Well done on being a Movement Studio Legend 🤩
