Komyo ReikiDo is a Japanese system of Reiki developed in Kyoto, Japan (the birthplace of Reiki) by Inamoto Hyakuten, an internationally renowned Reiki teacher and researcher.

Komyo ReikiDo preserves the original spirit, simplicity, and purpose of Reiki Ryoho as both a path of spiritual awakening and an art of healing. Rooted in traditional Japanese values of simplicity and stillness, it invites practitioners to live a healthy, peaceful, and joyful life.

We enjoy exploring the walks of the Top of the South Island, New Zealand.

From coastal tracks and native forests to open hills and quiet places to be present, every walk offers a chance to connect with nature.

Some places become especially meaningful, like Cable Bay, where we enjoy watching the sunset and practising Reiki meditation.

Slow down and soften into long-held, supported postures while receiving Reiki to restore the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Elena Hill will gently guide you through a Yin Yoga sequence designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and soften into stillness. These extended postures invite spaciousness in both body and mind, creating room to release, reset, and settle deeply.

As you rest in each shape, Reiki is gently offered by teachers Ana & Facundo through supportive hands-on contact, helping to release stored tension and restore the natural flow of energy.

This is an invitation to pause, receive, and return to yourself.
