We're hosting a very special session of You & Me on Monday 11 May at 7.00pm.

It's a Mother's Day special class! If you're booked in to the term then there's no extra cost, if you are a casual entry you'll need to pay $12.

This class will be open to all current and past participants of You & Me. We'll have special prizes and a fun, vibrant atmosphere. It's going to be a fantastic time as we celebrate soon-to-be and current mums!

What it will entail:
- Full BRM® assessment
- Tools to use (including breathing techniques)

A bit late in posting this, but here we go 🤍
My offerings for this term are officially open.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your gentle nudge. Most classes are already half full. To those who have signed up you will hear from me real soon!

The group sessions are about so much more than just movement. They’re about connection, slowing down, and being held in community with other mamas. I really encourage booking for the full term, as the consistency and familiarity of the group truly adds to the experience.

And of course… the Prenatal and Mums & Bubs yoga classes includes tea + treats, so we can sit, chat, and relax together afterwards ☕️✨

Happy New Year to you all 🤍
The past little while has been pretty full on with family visiting and choosing more quality time together. No school, no work, no rushing to be anywhere. And I’ll be honest, despite all of that, it was still intense.

The holidays, wrapping up a year, and stepping into a new one all at once asked more of me. To be present, to be intentional, and to keep coming back to myself.

Sharing this here to show what my practice looks like when we’re on the go. When I’m entertaining the kids, visiting places, and still needing moments to pause and breathe. They are short, imperfect, and I’m always on standby for much needed kisses and cuddles for the boys.

So grateful for my family, my own village, for walking this season with me 🤍

Keep an eye out for the upcoming posts sharing what’s on offer this term. Mums & Bubs yoga will be running for just 5 weeks, and prenatal yoga for 7 weeks only. Small, intentional windows to practise together 🤍

Wishing everybody happy holidays 🤍

I recently had the chance to hold a small early Christmas get-together for some of the mums and bubs I had the privilege of supporting this year, and my heart feels so full.

Wasn’t able to capture everyone present during the day as things got hectic pretty quick 😂

I also want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who has allowed me to walk alongside your journey - antenatally, birth, postpartum, and beyond. Thank you for trusting me and inviting me into such a special and sacred season of your life. It truly is an honour.

Looking forward to meeting and supporting more whānau in 2026 ❤️
