🚜 WE'RE HIRING – JOIN OUR EARTHWORKS TEAM! 🚜

We're looking for experienced Roller Drivers, Tractor Drivers & Water Cart Drivers to join our team on 6-month fixed-term contracts, starting September.

You'll be working on a large scale development project alongside a great crew, operating modern machinery and helping deliver high-quality earthworks.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Operating rollers, tractors, or water carts safely and efficiently.
✅ Completing daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance.
✅ Assisting with earthworks, civil construction, and general site duties.
✅ Working as part of a hardworking team to achieve project goals.

We're looking for people who:
✔️ Have experience operating civil construction machinery.
✔️ Hold the appropriate driver's licence/endorsements (preferred).
✔️ Are physically fit and happy to jump off the machine to help with labouring when needed.
✔️ Are reliable, safety-focused, and have a positive attitude.
✔️ Enjoy working as part of a team.

What we offer:

On Friday our residents enjoyed an exclusive construction site tour, getting a firsthand look at the incredible progress being made and a preview of what’s still to come. There was plenty of excitement around the embankment works currently underway, along with updates on the bowling green, putting green and driving range, which are all on track for completion next month, creating even more opportunities for connection, activity and enjoyment within our community.

Residents also had the opportunity to see the Health and Wellness Spa taking shape, with its impressive high ceilings and state-of-the-art features already making a lasting impression. It’s set to become a stunning addition to the village, and one residents are eagerly looking forward to enjoying in July.

It’s inspiring to see the vision continuing to come to life, and we loved sharing this special behind-the-scenes experience with our residents.
