Looking back at MAMA a year ago compared with where we are today feels a little bittersweet.

Nearly a year ago, I was able to step away from teaching to work on MAMA, and since then we have seen huge growth in so many areas.

More people know MAMA exists.
More midwives are finding us.
More incredible businesses have joined our team.
And most importantly, more Mamas are being supported.

More Mamas are feeling less alone.
More are feeling seen.
More are feeling cared for.

And while I sometimes struggle count the numbers, I know the growth matters.

Because behind every massage, care package, flowers, message or referral is a Mama who needed support.

To all of our team, our incredible businesses that support us, everyone who follows, likes, shares and votes, thank you MAMA community.

You are helping more Mamas feel less alone, seen and cared for.
