Take care out there flu season seems to have arrived with changes to appointments at the clinic. Thanks to those for rescheduling to another week while they recover. On clinic related appointments, my calender for saturday's is booking up fast with bowtech bowen therapy training courses and revision for my students

My advice is if you like a saturday morning appointment - and people do - book now!

Zinc for our immune system during winter and do you know what your ferritin (stored iron) blood test results are? If your ferritin is below 50 is is suggested to top up with a supplement
