The little things…

The classroom environment has a place and purpose.

But there are things you simply cannot teach inside of a classroom that must be learned inside of your operational environment, or as close to as possible.

Movement in general, through doorways, kit stowage, kit layout, roles, responsibilities, predispositions to motion sickness due to a change in working position to name a few…

These are some of the little things Coastguard New Zealand worked on recently leaving a highly polished team of motivated crew members.
🩸
Put bluntly, this is the minimum standard that any serious operation team should build and train to, fully immersive scenarios that genuinely test operational readiness.
🩸
That’s why is the first choice for delivery of pre deployment medical training and evaluation when an external provider is required.
