📢 Important Notice: Epic Health Practice Management System Upgrade 📢

To continue improving our services, Epic Health will be transitioning to a new Practice Management System (PMS) on Monday, 15 June 2026.

As this is a significant behind-the-scenes change, there will be some temporary disruptions to our usual services while we complete the transition.

⚠️ Health365 Portal Unavailable
Our current patient portal will be unavailable from 5:00pm on Friday, 12 June 2026 and is expected to remain offline for approximately 3 weeks.

📅 Limited Appointments During Go-Live Week
During the week commencing 15 June 2026, appointment availability will be reduced, and our Acute Clinic capacity will be very limited while staff adapt to the new system.

☎️ Early Closure – Friday 12 June
The practice will close early on Friday, 12 June, and we will be unable to answer phone calls or process requests from 4:00pm onwards.

✨ Coming Soon – My Indici Portal
We are excited to be introducing the My Indici patient portal. Invitations to register will be sent once the system setup has been completed and tested. We will continue to keep patients updated throughout the transition process.

We start vaccinating for Flu on April 1st come and see us at Epic Health 1298 Cameron Road to get your vaccination. $35 per person - over 65yrz Free- some other health conditions are also free. We are open Monday-Friday 8-5 and Saturday 9-11.
