I provide a physiotherapy-led service specialising in women's posture, bra fit & bra education. I am the first physiotherapist in Aotearoa New Zealand to provide this specialised service for women. This service involves an individualised posture assessment and bra fitting education.

Hey Te Anau, there are only 3 new client consultations left in 2026! One in November and 2 in December.

I firstly want to thank you all for the amazing support of my PostureFitting service, the first of it's kind in Aotearoa New Zealand.

If it has been on your to-do list to get in contact with me, do it now! Maybe you have a wedding or event or are training for something; or maybe thinking ahead to summer clothing or wired swimwear. Or maybe, you just want some better fitting and supporting everyday bras to wear.

My service is more than bra fitting, our posture really influences how we look and the development of spinal pain and headaches. You will also learn how to fit yourself which is invaluable knowledge as you continue with bra shopping throughout your lifetime.

I was the guest speaker at the Southland Brank Physiotherapy New Zealand get together.

I shared information about my specialist physiotherapy service for women regarding posture, bra fit, and bra education.

I also gave a research update about my PhD which is focused on how we can improve the experience of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in Murihiku.

It was great to connect with other physios in my region and I look forward to meeting you again!

My service is all about education and empowering women with knowledge.

But when it comes to bra shopping, not everybody woman wants to do it!!! That's where the option of a follow-up consultation comes in. I order bras for you based on your sizing, colour preferences, styles that will work for you and features that you need in a bra.

Try on and purchase what fits and what you like! It couldn't be simpler! I'll take the hassle out of it for you.

I provided an education session for the physiotherapists at the The Headache Clinic who are based in several locations around New Zealand, including Invercargill.

My PostureFitting service is relevant to what they do regarding headache management and how optimal posture offloads the neck.

Do you have Shoulder Grooves or Skin Irritation from your Bra?

These are common complaints I hear in clinic. Here is one quick check you can do to assess if your band is too big for you; which is generally what I find when teaching women how to fit themselves in bras.

How amazing were the Fiordland Trails Trust, Hydro Half & 10km events this weekend!

So great to see so many locals out there giving it a go especially Mums! I know first hand how challenging it was to fit in training and stay motivated and energised; you should all be very proud of yourself!

This event was so much fun and the trails were so beautiful to run on! Very well done to the organising team and supporters.

Here is a whistle stop tour through the day at Fabulous & Feeling It ! This was an amazing day and I was honoured to be a guest speaker to talk about my physio work specialising in women's posture, bra fit and bra education and also to be part of the "on the couch" session about change in relation to our lives, emotions, relationships and self image. Special things always happen when women gather, share and connect!
