Would anyone of my patients like these womens Asics 2000 they are they old school duomax type 10.5 (I am size 11) they are brand new I was gifted these. So would like to gift them to someone.
I think they D fit (i think) there is no box just the iliac shoes

Just got new orthotics and your feet aren't loving them yet? A bit of adjustment is normal — some pressure or rubbing while your feet adapt. Blistering isn't.

Ease in gradually: short walks before your longest run, not the other way round. And if something feels properly wrong, don't push through it — bring them back in so we can adjust the fit.

Ingrown toenail? You don't have to just live with it. If the corner of your nail is digging into the skin — red, swollen, or weeping — that's not something to wait out. Left alone, it can get infected.

What we do: numb the toe and remove the piece of nail that's causing the problem (a "partial nail avulsion"). Most people are back in normal shoes within a few days.

Just a quick update from all of us at Aubrey Podiatry.

We’re currently booked out for a month for new patients, and very tight for the next six weeks for our existing patients too.

If you have an appointment booked and think you may need to cancel, please let us know as early as you can, it really does help us open that time up for someone else who needs it.

If you’re a new patient keen to get in, we’d love for you to pop your name on our waitlist, just get in touch and our team will let you know as soon as a spot opens up.

We also wanted to let you know that over the next few weeks we’re making some changes within the practice, as we take a good look at what our patients need, the services we offer, and how we deliver them.

Thankyou so much to the lovely Methven community for being so supportive of our clinic, it really does mean the world to us. 🥰

Because of you we’re able to grow, so instead of monthly we’ll now be coming out every second Friday, 👏which means more chances to catch up and keep everyone’s feet in good shape.
