People often ask me why I chose to specialise in RTT and hypnosis.
I find we’ve got more words than ever now for what we have going on.
Anxiety. Burnout. Imposter syndrome. Fear of rejection. Overthinking.
We know the terms used. We can recognise the patterns. We can often understand where they came from and know exactly what we would like to be doing differently.
I also find that understanding a response and changing it are two different things.
You can know you’re completely safe standing up to speak in front of a room and still feel nauseous, shaky and like your legs might buckle.
You can know you’re safe at home and still have a panic attack.
You can know you’re burnt out and still not know how to switch off.
Knowing can make things make sense. It can help you be less hard on yourself.
But it doesn’t necessarily change how your mind responds.
Those responses can be rewired though.
That’s why I chose to specialise in RTT and hypnosis.
Through this process I find out and work with what’s driving the response and rewire how the mind responds
I’ve seen what that can look like: panic attacks gone. Confidence replacing procrastination. Sleeping soundly through the night. Energy returning. Long-held habits no longer running someone’s life.
Not just understanding what’s holding you back.
Actually being free to get on with your life.
If you know what’s getting in the way but knowing hasn’t changed it, let’s talk.
