✨ Scents, Style, and Creativity in One Meaningful Afternoon! 🌸👜

Last May 21, 2026, the Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) of Barangay Lorega–San Miguel participated in “Scent & Style: Livelihood Workshops for the PWDs in Brgy. Lorega” featuring a Linen Spray Making Workshop and Tote Bag Designing Workshop.

Through creativity, self-expression, and hands-on learning, participants were able to create personalized linen sprays and tote bag designs while exploring productive and meaningful livelihood skills. 💖

Special thanks to Ms. Ge-ann Salapa, founder of The Bee-lieve Project, for facilitating and sponsoring the Linen Spray Workshop and for sharing her advocacy on purposeful living, sustainability, and community empowerment. 🌱✨

Together, we continue creating opportunities that empower, inspire, and uplift our community.

✨ Creativity, Learning, and Community in One Meaningful Afternoon! 🌸🍴

The Community-Based Rehabilitation Program successfully conducted our Livelihood and Health Promotion Activity for the PWD community of Barangay Lorega San Miguel. Through the Fuzzy Wire Flower Bouquet Workshop and Healthy Handaan Snack-Making Activity, participants were able to develop creativity, practical livelihood skills, confidence, teamwork, and social participation in a fun and supportive environment.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our special guest speaker and workshop facilitator, Althea Barbara C. Serentas, for generously sharing her time, creativity, and knowledge with the community.

This meaningful activity highlights the role of Occupational Therapy in empowering individuals to engage in purposeful activities that promote independence, well-being, and active participation within the community.

Daghang salamat sa tanan nga niapil, nitabang, ug nagsuporta aron mahimong malampuson ang atong programa! 🌼💛

Together, we continue building a more inclusive, empowered, and healthier community.

Giawhag namo ang tanang Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) sa Barangay Lorega San Miguel nga moapil sa among mga upcoming workshops ug activities karong buwan sa Mayo! Magkahiusa ta sa pagkat-on og bag-ong skills, pagpahayag sa creativity, ug pag-enjoy uban sa atong komunidad. ✨

✨Throwback Post: Lorega
Last May 5, selected children with disabilities from the Lorega community, together with their guardians, spent a fun-filled and sensory-rich day at PlayLab, Robinsons Galleria Cebu as the culminating activity of the CBR and Fundraising Programs.✨

From interactive games to digital arts and immersive sensory activities, the children explored, created, played, and expressed themselves freely in an environment filled with excitement and joy. Seeing their smiles, curiosity, and confidence shine throughout the experience made the activity truly meaningful.
More than just a community outing, this experience became an opportunity for play, social participation, sensory exploration, and creating special memories with their families in a safe and supportive space.
