The event recognized the Federationโ€™s members and leaders, outstanding chapters, and valued external partners for their contributions and commitment. It also highlighted the important role of the Philippine Pharmacists Association (PPhA) in supporting the development of future pharmacists, nurturing young pharmacy leaders, and strengthening their connection with the profession.

The program concluded with a heartfelt message from ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐š๐ง ๐€. ๐‘๐ž๐๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐จ, President of FJCPPhA A.Y. 2025โ€“2026. As her term drew to a close, she reflected on the Federationโ€™s journey and shared:

Pharmacy leaders from across ๐‹๐ฎ๐ณ๐จ๐ง gathered on August 11, 2026, at The Bayleaf Hotel Intramuros for the ๐๐๐ก๐€ ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฆ (๐‘๐„๐…) ๐‹๐ฎ๐ณ๐จ๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, bringing together ideas, experiences, and aspirations toward strengthening the pharmacy profession.

๐๐๐ก๐€ ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‡๐จ๐ง. ๐€๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐š ๐‚. ๐‘๐จ๐ฒ๐จ, ๐๐ก๐ƒ, ๐‘๐๐ก shared the ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐€๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, highlighting the vision of โ€œEvery Filipino Pharmacist, a Pharmacist of Valueโ€โ€”one who is trusted in character, competent in practice, adaptable to change, committed to lifelong learning, empowering to patients, and indispensable to healthcare.

The forum was also graced by Hon. Alicia P. Catabay, PhD, RPh and Hon. Mildred B. Oliveros, PhD, RPh of the Professional Regulatory Board of Pharmacy, reinforcing the importance of collaboration and shared leadership in advancing the profession.

A meaningful discussion on Leadership and Good Governance underscored the responsibility that comes with leadership. Sir Kenny James P. Merin, PhD, RPh reminded chapter leaders of the value of stewardship:

Through the SOAR Analysis, Luzon pharmacy leaders identified their Strengths and Opportunities, articulated their Aspirations, and envisioned measurable Results that can help shape PPhAโ€™s strategic direction.

From Mindanao to Visayas and ๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐‹๐ฎ๐ณ๐จ๐ง, every regional voice contributes to one collective visionโ€”to DEVELOP, EMPOWER, and ELEVATE Filipino pharmacists and build a stronger profession for a healthier nation.

The program opened with Welcome Remarks from Dr. Venusmar C. Quevedo, Vice President for Administrative Affairs of Adamson University, followed by inspiring messages from Hon. Mildred B. Oliveros, Member of the Professional Regulatory Board of Pharmacy, and Hon. Adelina Royo, President of the Philippine Pharmacists Association.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the Recognition of the Collegeโ€™s Featured Alumni, honoring distinguished graduates whose achievements and contributions continue to bring pride to the Adamson University College of Pharmacy and the pharmacy profession.

The event concluded with Closing Remarks from Dean Perlita M. Crucis, RPh, MS Pharm, PhD, who reaffirmed the Collegeโ€™s commitment to excellence, innovation, and Vincentian service in pharmacy education.

As the Adamson University College of Pharmacy celebrates 79 years of shaping competent and compassionate pharmacists, PPhA joins the entire pharmacy community in recognizing this remarkable milestone and the Collegeโ€™s invaluable contribution to the advancement of the profession.
