We have recently been made aware of a circulating post on social media regarding a clientโ€™s experience with our operating hours and staff interactions at Dr. Kiat Diagnostic Laboratory.

We take all patient feedback seriously and upon learning of the concern, our management immediately conducted a thorough internal investigation into the matter. Based on our findings, the incident stemmed from a misunderstanding regarding our schedule and closing time protocols.

We would like to reassure the public that we are actively taking steps to improve our internal communication and refine our operations to ensure that our service hours (7am to 4pm) are clearer to all patients.

We remain committed to continuously improving our services and providing compassionate, professional and reliable care to our community.
