🇷🇴 Nu implantul are termen de valabilitate. Corpul se schimba, si uneori vrem sa ajustam si rezultatul odata cu el.
Cel mai des aud in cabinet ca implanturile trebuie schimbate la fiecare zece ani. La generatiile noi de implanturi, nu e neaparat asa. Cand facem o revizie, de obicei nu tine de implant, ci de ce se intampla in jurul lui: pielea, greutatea care vine si pleaca, si mai ales gravitatia, care nu iarta pe nimeni.
Asa ca nu ne uitam la un termen de expirare. Ne uitam la tine, si la ce s-a schimbat.

🇬🇧 The implant doesn't have an expiry date. The body changes, and sometimes we want to adjust the result along with it.
The thing I hear most in consultations is that implants need replacing every ten years. With newer generations of implants, that's not necessarily the case. When we do a revision, it's usually not about the implant, it's about what's happening around it: the skin, weight that comes and goes, and above all gravity, which spares no one.
So we're not watching a shelf life. We're watching you, and what's changed.
