Eclipses don't ask permission. They reveal, and it's my time to listen.

For me, eclipses are the most intense and revelatory events. Sometimes they are hard to bear; at other times, there is a natural flow and everything that comes with it—ease, awareness, and maturation. Today’s eclipse had a bit of everything, and I let the experience be both intense and constructive. The flow is intense yet makes room for goodness and beauty, provided the heart leads the way. Today, I felt karuna and understood the darkness that leaves the human mind adrift. I learned to hold it all—exactly as it comes, the good and the bad—just as darkness is held by light, and light integrates everything.

That is the gift of the eclipse—not to erase the dark, but to remind us that light was never separate from it.

As you enter the fifth dimension, you will find that your relationship with the past will lessen and start to disappear. Some of you are already noticing this. There are certain areas of your life and certain aspects of your consciousness that do not feel heavy or held by your past, even if some areas still do. If that rings true for you, if you are experiencing a lightness and somewhat of a disconnection from certain parts of your past, certain times, certain places and people, this is you entering into fifth dimensional reality - a reality where you no longer need to keep track of what happened. You are built on what happened. You have become who you are today because of what happened. But you are no longer needing to assess, keep score or grade based on any of that.

I own my own light, so is my responsibility to keep the flame burning

You are now at this tipping point in consciousness and transformation on the planet that is deeply uncomfortable for many. So, being a guardian of your own light is going to be very important in these years to come. It is very important that no matter how much you are helping, no matter how much you are assisting, no matter how much you are the crisis first-responder to others who are in physical or emotional need, it is vital when you are a galvanized light worker, that you are able to play in the light. Whether playing in the light to you means making sure that you put your body into a body of water every day or multiple times a week, because that is what lights you back up; whether that playing in the light is literally jumping around the house playing, singing. Whatever it takes to keep your light galvanized will be very important in the years to come.
