Chair Yoga is a powerful mind-body practice that is simple, accessible, and highly effective. Over time, Iโve had the opportunity to conduct sessions across corporates, and the impact on employee well-being and productivity is always visible.
While it benefits people of all age groups, it becomes especially important for women over 40, supporting mobility, strength, and overall balance.
What made this session truly special was witnessing people connectโwith their bodies, their breath, and with themselves.
