Is your "Internal Battery" running on empty? 🔋]

In the middle of the CBD, we’ve found a way to "plug back in."

Most of us are stuck in "Information Overload," disconnected from our bodies. On Saturday, 25 April, join Accredited Coach JJ Mok at International Plaza for a somatic reset rooted in the 2,000-year-old Yellow Emperor’s Medicine Sutra (黄帝内经).

This is not just a tea session. It is a laboratory for your nervous system. 🌿

[What you will experience:]

✨ The 12-Finger Stabilizing Field: Learn the YDL Qigong technique to anchor your energy 22cm outside the body.
✨ ChaMoment: Primordial Purity: Drink laboratory-tested, Toxic-Free botanicals designed to harmonize your internal mechanisms (Shen Ji).
✨ AI Mentorship: Get exclusive access to our NotebookLM Digital Archive to continue your practice at home.

[The Result:]
Experience the legendary "Cha Qi" (Tea Energy)—not as a caffeine buzz, but as a deep, warm, and grounded Primordial Life Force (元动力).

[Event Details:]
📅 Date: Saturday, 25 April
📍 Venue: 10 Anson Road, International Plaza, #13-04.
🎟️ Pilot Rate: $17 (Includes premium tea & digital tools).

[How to Join:]
Spaces are limited to ensure a focused, high-quality experience for all participants (especially New Citizens and heritage lovers!).

The Science of Cha Q茶气i: By applying the stationary principles of Qigong 气功, use the tea as a catalyst to unlock deep biological recovery.

⭐ Why many people “miss” Cha Qi (茶气)?

Most people drink tea only with the tongue and the brain.
They focus on:

Taste

Brand

Price

Habit

But Cha Qi is not mainly about taste.
It is about state of awareness.

When the mind is busy…
When the body is tense…
When breathing is shallow…

The subtle movement of Qi is simply not noticed.

It is not that Qi is not there.
It is that we are not sensitive enough to feel it.

⭐ Where does Cha Qi come from?

Many people think Qi is only inside the body.

But traditional tea culture — and many Eastern practices — see Qi differently.

Qi is:

in the soil

in the mountain air

in the sun and rain

in the hands of the tea master

in the silence of the tea space

Tea absorbs environmental energy over years.
When brewed with presence, this energy is released.

So Cha Qi is not just “internal feeling.”
It is a meeting between inner awareness and outer nature.

⭐ Why some people can feel it and some cannot?

Because Cha Qi requires:

slowing down

soft breathing

open sensing

less thinking

more feeling

When awareness expands beyond the head…
When the body relaxes…
When attention becomes quiet…

People may begin to feel:

warmth

calm

alert stillness

subtle emotional clarity

Singapore’s fertility rate has plunged to a record 0.87, and resident births fell to about 27,500 in 2025 – the lowest in our history. Beyond the statistics, many couples are delaying marriage, struggling with intimacy, and feeling their relationships under pressure.

This afternoon, we’re hosting a special in‑person session to talk honestly about these issues – and you’re invited to join us and bring your partner.

🗓 28 February (Saturday)
🕑 2:00 – 4:30 PM
📍 One Farrer Hotel, Level 6

We’re honoured to have Dr Martha Tara Lee, Singapore’s pioneering Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Counsellor, sharing practical insights on intimacy, communication, and how couples can deepen their emotional and physical connection.

We’ll explore:

Prostate health and long-term vitality in men

Intimacy in modern relationships

How relationship stability shapes decisions about marriage and starting a family

If you and your partner want a stronger, more connected relationship – and to better understand why marriage still matters in today’s world – this session is for you.

Seats are limited. Comment “INTERESTED” or PM me and I’ll send you the details.
