The Art of of Graceful Dying (Bardo & Samsara)

Death and dying has always been a big taboo to mankind and a topic to avoid and put aside since until death knocks on our door.

Do I have a soul? What is the soul made of? Where will I go after I die? Is there heaven and hell? What is it like appearing in those planes ? Is there rebirth? There are many questions, worries and fear lingering in our minds when we explore come the subject of death and dying.

To the nihilistic mind, they say that when we die, all ends here and now as there is no future no rebirth. For others, there is a longing to go to a paradise to be with their creator while yet some believe that an extraterrestrial space ship will come and take them to Planet X. Each has their own beliefs and theories regarding the science of death.

In this session, we explore life, old age, disease and death as a cycle and where does this cycle leads to ultimately. What is the process we all will experience when death knocks on our mortal door of this physical body? What will we experience and go through in that moment physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually? Is there heaven and hell where we go to enjoy or receive punishment? Are there other planes of existence beside our human realms? How our soul or consciousness leaves and move on in this mysterious and enlightening journey to the after life and many more...

In this class, you will not only receive discourses on the science of spiritual life and death. In addition, you will be going through a step-by-step simulation on the dying process, guiding and preparing you to be mindful of every step into the journey of the afterlife and intermediate state call Bardo for Buddhist and Purgatory for the Christian.

BLACK ROOM MEDITATION, ESOGETIC SOUNFSCAPE & COLOURPUNCTURE ACTIVATION

Experience Oneness, Cultivate the Third Eye and Simulating the Bardo of Dying.

Black Room Meditation is an ancient practice rooted in Tibetan Buddhism and Hridaya Yoga where a person spends moments in complete isolation and pitch darkness. It removes all external light and distractions to foster deep introspection, altered states of consciousness, and emotional healing.

This is accompanied by an Esoteric Soundscape Activation of 4 different themes every week for a month. A soundscape activation is a targeted audio experience designed to shift your mental state, sharpen your focus, or stimulate a specific physiological and spiritual healing response.
