How many of these 6 mobility tests could you pass? 👀

These simple self-checks look at different aspects of movement, including balance, strength, flexibility and joint mobility, all of which play an important role in staying active and moving well as you age.

Remember, these are self-checks, not medical assessments. If pain or stiffness is affecting your daily activities, consider seeing a physiotherapist for a thorough assessment.

⚖️ Would you rather lose 5 kg... or lose 5 kg of fat?

They sound the same, but they’re not.

Your weighing scale only tells you how much weight you’ve lost. It doesn’t tell you what you’ve lost. Because losing fat and losing muscle lead to very different outcomes. The real goal isn’t just a lower number on the scale, it’s a healthier body composition.

👉 Swipe to find out why two people can lose the same 5 kg and end up with completely different results.

💪 Turning 40 doesn’t mean getting weaker but it does mean muscle health matters more than ever.

From around the age of 40, we naturally start losing muscle mass. Left unchecked, this can affect your strength, balance, mobility and independence as you age.

The good news? One of the best ways to slow it down is surprisingly simple:
🏋️ Strength train regularly
🍳 Eat enough protein

Knees clicking during squats?

Feeling pain around your neck and shoulders after a long day at your desk?

You’re not alone.

The muscles around your neck and shoulders are working throughout the day to support your head, posture, and daily movements. Over time, prolonged sitting, stress, and repetitive positions can leave them feeling stiff and tight.

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know they should move more. They struggle because when the time comes to move, motivation disappears.

The reality is that movement doesn’t always start with motivation. Sometimes it starts with making the first step easier.

In this post, we’re sharing 3 simple behavioural strategies that can help you move more consistently:
✓ The 5-Second Rule
✓ Habit Stacking
✓ The 2-Minute Rule

The goal isn’t to become an athlete overnight. It’s to make movement feel easier to start.
