Andrew lost 19.6 lbs in one month snaps from WhatsApp shows the date of when he started vs today . We don’t just look at the scale but the BF did dropped a lot and his body composition changed man getting leaner . When we hit 190 lbs which is his goal he’ll look bigger than 238 lbs because he will be jacked . 🤫.
I give all clients 3-5 months to hit their goals . Unrealistic expectations is my thing 💯

BBI CHANGE LIVES 💯💪🏼 . This transformation is one of those that I would love to see more of for karice is a blessing to work with .The stats prior to my consultation her Height - 5ft 9 inches
BF 33. 3 %
Weight 198 lbs after 6 weeks of training she’s now don’t what I’ve been explaining to most women start to build muscle / get fitter and supplement the right way and today
Karice new weight after 6 weeks is 186 lbs (12 lbs dropped )
body fat BF 26 % .So her body composition has significantly changed and how do you acquire this . Let me tell you start off by changing the environment ( the gym ) you’re getting comfortable it’s becoming a lime , get a new coach routines are becoming one sided no diversity ( one style of training ) get a new program the fundamentals of fitness and start working harder both in and out the gym .
The goal is overall wellness . Now she’s Tighter , toner and more focus on her goal ahead which is to be 17% BF . So for me to drop 9 % which would be around 16-18 pounds of fat still I’m going to showcase her hard work and what we do daily at the gym .
