stress and anxiety get used like they’re the same word. they’re not.

stress usually has a name — a test, a deadline, a hard conversation. once that thing is over, stress goes with it.

anxiety doesn’t need a reason to show up, and it doesn’t always leave when the moment does.

neither one means something’s wrong with you. but if worry is outlasting whatever caused it, that’s worth talking through — not just pushing past.

save this for the next hard week. share it with someone who needs the reminder.

A Comprehensive Psychoeducational Evaluation is more than a test. 🧠

It helps us understand how a child learns, guiding early intervention, school accommodations, and the support they need to thrive. 🩵

13 years in business, and this Father’s Day feels especially meaningful🥹

PFGM would not be what it is today without my dad. His support, sacrifices, and belief in me helped build the foundation of this business long before anyone saw the results.

To my dad—and to all the fathers who quietly show up every day—thank you.

Happy Father’s Day🩵

Not all fidgets are created equal.
We sat with Tara Riley to discuss what they are, who they’re for and if they’re legit.

When used intentionally, fidgets can support focus, regulation, and learning. The goal isn’t to follow trends—it’s to find the right support for the right student and use it with clear expectations.

Because different learners need different tools, and that’s okay.

Children don’t understand why Dad is overwhelmed, irritable, or withdrawn—they simply experience it.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, let’s encourage men to seek support, process their emotions, and break cycles that impact future generations.

Healing doesn’t stop with you. It echoes through your family🩵
