Apparently I’m a professional yapper. 😂

Yes, sometimes they have to physically drag me down the hallway because I WILL keep explaining. 🤣

But here’s the thing… I want you to understand what’s actually going on with your spine.

I’ll go through your X-rays and MRIs with you, explain your back and disc problems in words that actually make sense, and answer ALL your questions.

And if you’re a candidate, we’ll talk about conservative options—including spinal decompression—that may be worth considering before moving to more invasive options like injections or surgery.

And if you’re NOT a candidate? I’ll tell you—and refer you to the appropriate provider.

No rushing you out the door.
No leaving confused.

Happy Labor Day!!

Missy leaves the front desk for 30 minutes…

30 minutes later… covered in sticky notes, overwhelmed, and somehow on the FLOOR. 😂

Turns out, Missy does the work of about 17 people and makes it look effortless.

All jokes aside, this was a pretty good reminder of just how much she does every single day. ❤️

She takes care of our patients, keeps our office running, keeps US on track, and handles a million little things most people never even see.

Missy, you are truly the heart of our office, and we appreciate you more than you know. ❤️

But also… please don’t leave Dr. Kristina at the front desk again. 😂
