Strength

Many people look at the Strength card and see a woman taming a lion.

But look closer.

She isn’t fighting it.
She isn’t overpowering it.
She isn’t forcing it into submission.

She tames the lion through grace, patience, understanding, and love.

The lion represents our fears, instincts, emotions, and untamed parts. The woman doesn’t conquer them with force…she meets them with compassion and unwavering confidence.

This card reminds us that true strength isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it’s choosing patience when you want immediate answers.
Choosing trust when fear is demanding control.
Choosing love when it would be easier to build walls.

There is a power in gentleness that force can never achieve.

And often, the things we try hardest to control are the very things that soften when we approach them with grace.

Arcana Veil has officially been accepted as a vendor for the Alameda Yoga + Wellness Festival! 🌿🌙

This will be Arcana Veil’s very first festival appearance, and I couldn’t be more excited to connect with the local wellness community.
