Let’s Talk Fiber! 🌱

Fiber isn’t just for digestion; it helps keep your blood sugar steady, supports gut health, and can even influence your energy and mood. Adults should aim for 25–30 grams a day from fruits, veggies, whole grains, and legumes.

Adding more fiber can:
-help you feel fuller longer
-support regular digestion
-reduce inflammation and support overall health

Start small and mix it in gradually. Pair fiber with water for best results. Your body and your gut will thank you!

In pediatric PT, we make it fun and engaging so kids learn healthy habits while staying active and confident in their bodies.

Last month we spent the day advocating for the future of physical therapy alongside the Eastern District of the NYAPTA.

We had the opportunity to meet with Assembly and Senate members to discuss legislation that supports both PTs and the patients we serve every day. This year’s focus included:

🇺🇸 Expanding Direct Access by removing arbitrary visit and time restrictions
🇺🇸 Reducing PT copays to improve accessibility and affordability of care
🇺🇸 Supporting PTA supervision flexibility in homecare and school-based settings

Grateful for the conversations, collaboration, and continued efforts to advance our profession and improve patient care across New York. A special thank you to and for taking the time to sit down with us hopefully support us on these advancements for our profession. . Plus, this Lobby day allowed us to see some awesome wildlife animals- this Owl was the highlight of our day!

Wow!! What an incredible evening at the Blood Cancer United Visionaries of the Year Grand Finale 🤍 we have so much gratitude for every individual and business who donated, supported, shared, and showed up for this amazing cause. Every contribution made a difference.

Together, all of the teams raised over $500,000 in support of blood cancer patients, families, research, and advocacy — truly amazing to witness the power of community coming together with one shared mission.

The night was filled with powerful and emotional stories from individuals currently battling cancer, survivors, and families honoring loved ones they’ve lost. A reminder of why events like this matter so deeply.

So proud to be part of the Trauma Queen team, support Tommie on this journey, and attend this great event. Thank you again to everyone who helped make such a meaningful impact— we truly appreciate our Keystone PT community more than words can express ✨
