The well-trained on site teams will also have the added resources of Ridgeline Management Company with several decades of senior living expertise. Ridgeline Management Company is a leading senior housing

management company based in Oregon. Ridgeline currently operates properties specializing in retirement, assisted living and memory care. Ridgeline has proudly overseen the design and construction of Waverly Place and will manage the operations upon opening.

We are delighted to showcase our rock garden project, which was entirely conceived and executed by our residents. Dollie's innovative idea sparked the project, and the residents took charge of planning, painting, and constructing a stunning space for all to appreciate. Dollie's concept will continue to flourish as we welcome new residents who can add their touch to the garden. The rock garden is a representation of various Oregon locations. We encourage you to admire the remarkable painting talents of our residents, who have also created a dream cloud adorned with rocks painted by each participating resident and flag rocks bearing the names of our veteran residents. This heartfelt tribute also honors the memories of those who are no longer with us.

Please stop by the garden during your next visit if you haven't had the chance yet.

Resident-led initiatives are a game-changer for building stronger, more vibrant communities. By giving residents the autonomy to drive positive change, we're seeing a significant boost in community engagement, a sense of purpose, and a sense of pride in their living space.

We just couldn't get enough of the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival, so we went back for another round of fun. Katy called it an inspiring trip, Clara said it was a great adventure. We were even lucky enough to enjoy some sunshine today.

“On my second day here, a caregiver came up to my room in the morning and told me there were sisters down in the dining room who wanted me to come join their table for breakfast. It was Dorothy and Betty. They wrote on my placemat "Welcome Home! We are so happy you’re here!" and had it waiting for me in the dining room.
They made me feel welcome and made me feel like I was a part of the family. Dorothy is the most outgoing person I know who makes everyone feel comfortable in her presence.”
