Liposuction is one of those procedures where removing more fat does not automatically mean a better result. The goal isn’t to take out as much fat as possible. It’s to remove it strategically to create a better shape and contour. And this is a shape change the patient and I are very happy with.

This is a case where FaceTite can be a really interesting option for the right patient. FaceTite uses radiofrequency energy beneath the skin to target tissue and encourage tightening. It can also be paired with liposuction when fullness under the chin is part of what’s softening the jawline (but wasn't done in this case).

The important part is “for the right patient.” FaceTite isn’t a substitute for a facelift when there’s significant skin laxity. But if you’re starting to notice early looseness or less definition through the jawline and neck, it may be a nice middle ground between doing nothing and having surgery.

If vertical neck bands are coming from the platysma muscle, no amount of scraping, rolling, moisturizing, or wishful thinking is going to tighten the muscle underneath. So, just put the gua sha down and call me. 😂

Your breast implants turned 10. Do we throw them a birthday party or schedule surgery? 🎂😂

Good news: implants don't automatically need to be replaced just because they hit the 10-year mark. If you're happy with them and there are no concerns, we monitor them. If something changes, or YOU decide you want a change, then we talk about your options.
