Pain Into Purpose | The Beginning
To the woman who is wondering if she'll ever feel whole again...

If you're tired...

If you're grieving...

If you're questioning your worth...

If you've survived things you never thought you would...

I want you to know something before you keep scrolling.

Your story is not over.

The chapter you're living in may be painful, but it is not the conclusion.

Healing is possible.

Hope is possible.

Purpose is possible.

One day you'll look back and realize the very thing that tried to break you became part of what built you.

Keep going.

There is still beauty waiting to rise from these ashes.

July is Bereaved Parents Awareness Month.💙

There are no words that can fully describe the pain of losing a child.

For many parents, grief doesn't end after the funeral. It doesn't disappear when the world moves on. It becomes something they learn to carry—one birthday, one holiday, one ordinary day at a time.

This month, let's remember that bereaved parents don't need us to have the perfect words. They need to know their child's life mattered and that they are not grieving alone.

If you know a bereaved parent:
🤍 Say their child's name.
🤍 Remember important dates.
🤍 Check in—even years later.
🤍 Allow space for tears, laughter, memories, and silence without trying to "fix" the pain.

To every parent carrying the unimaginable weight of child loss:

Your love did not end when your child's life ended.
Their memory lives on.
Your grief is a reflection of that love.
You are seen.
You are remembered.
You do not have to walk this journey alone.
