1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Most of them felt completely fine before their diagnosis. That's exactly why a mammogram matters.

Mammograms starting at age 40 are one of the most powerful tools we have because breast cancer found early, before symptoms appear, is far more treatable. In many cases, a routine screening is the only reason it was caught at all.

The procedure takes about 20 minutes. Yes, there might be brief discomfort but most women say the anticipation is worse than the actual experience. And that 20 minutes could change everything!

90% of colon cancer cases are treatable when caught early. Most people skip the screening because they feel fine. That's the problem.

Colorectal cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. but it's one of the most preventable. A colonoscopy doesn't just detect cancer; it can remove precancerous polyps on the spot before they ever become a threat.

The new recommended age to start screening is 45. The procedure takes about 30 minutes under light sedation. Most patients don't remember a thing and most insurance plans cover it completely as preventative care.

You don't need symptoms to need a screening. That's exactly the point.
