🎀October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month🎀

This month, we want to honor those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer — those currently fighting, survivors, and those we lovingly remember.

In honor of Gleaux for the Girls Breast Cancer 1 Mile Run/Walk on October 10th, we invite you to submit the name of a loved one who has been impacted by breast cancer. Each name submitted will be placed on a pink ribbon and proudly displayed at our clinic as we come together to recognize and honor those affected by breast cancer. 🩷

Whether fighting, surviving, or forever remembered, each ribbon represents someone special and a story worth honoring.

Please leave their name in the comments below or send us a private message to have a ribbon made in their honor. 🎀

Physical Therapy is more than taking care of patients after injury or surgery. Our musculoskeletal expertise can also set you up for success and prevent injury! Today I had the privilege of helping HSM drum corp make sure their harnesses fit properly. Appropriate ergonomics and strength can help prevent injury, and set them up for success.

On Saturday, our RISE Physical Therapy team was honored to help out at the Chris Rich High School Physical Day, hosted by Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center!

It was a great morning supporting local student athletes and getting them cleared for the season ahead — all completely free to students and schools. 💙

Thank you to Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center for having us be part of it. We're praying over all the athletes for a safe and successful season ahead! 🙏
