Zhei is a certified Pilates and Barre instructor who has been leading dynamic, feel-good group classes since 2021. Her approach is rooted in mindful, breath-led movement designed to help people feel strong, supported, and at home in their bodies. She teaches both in person and online, creating classes that are approachable, intentional, and genuinely uplifting.
Known for her energetic and empowering style, Zhei blends low-impact strength work with thoughtful sequencing, music, and clear, educational cueing. She also loves expanding beyond the studio—leading creative movement workshops, special events, and, more recently, teacher trainings.
Outside of teaching, Zhei is a creative at heart. She’s a published illustrator and certified menstrual cycle coach who enjoys junk journaling, strength training, and spending time in nature with her dog, Milo. You’ll often find her with a great meal in front of her and her Kindle close by.
