Q1 meeting officially complete! Last week we all took Thursday afternoon off to go through updates, refresh systems, do some hands on training, AND we had a guest speaker in from in Allendale, Dr. Keegan Shannon! West Michigan is represented at the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington this week! Dr. Kimmel and one of her former classmates from The University of Michigan, Dr. Hannah Nelson, are both taking Biomechanics at the center. The week consists of 50 hours of advanced training to improve longevity and minimize complications when it comes to treatment for our patients. Continuing on through the Kois curriculum is a big investment, but entirely worth it as we strive to deliver the best level of care in our office!
