This is what a happy, healthy, comfortable, regulated baby looks like.

When he first started care, his little body was holding so much tension. Colic, reflux, and a baby who just couldn’t get comfortable. His parents were doing everything they could, and he was working so hard just to settle.

Now I get to see him once a month, and he greets me with these smiles every single time. Relaxed. Content. Curious about everything around him.

This is the part of my work I’ll never get used to. Not just the adjustments, but watching a baby’s nervous system shift from stress to calm, and watching his parents finally breathe again too.

Growth like this is quiet. It happens one gentle visit at a time. And it’s the most beautiful thing to witness.

Sometimes we carry so much chaos. So many voices, so many to-do lists, so much noise, and no time to stop.

At The Aligned Nest, my goal is to bring you calm. A quiet space to center yourself and help your nervous system regulate, whether you’re a baby, toddler, child, teen, mom or dad.

Calm, personal, and never rushed.

One week from today, The Aligned Nest turns ONE. 🤍

I’m so thankful for every family, provider and supporter who has trusted me this year.

This year has been so blessed. God closed doors and opened new ones, and He pushed me to face my fear and do what I was meant to do.

It has also been my hardest year. I’ve been learning everything about running a business, and I lost my mother, my biggest motivator and my rock.

Through all of it, this practice has breathed life back into me. Caring for your babies, moms, kids and families has been the greatest gift. Thank you for welcoming me into your homes and trusting me with the people you love most.

Stay tuned this week. I have something special planned to celebrate with you. 🎉
