This 8-week, paid training program includes:

🥳 Please join us in welcoming two new general surgeons to Modoc Medical Center: Dr. Benjamin Mundell and Dr. Connor Wiles!

Both physicians are certified by the American Board of Surgery and the Medical Board of California. We are thrilled to have them offering laparoscopic procedures here at MMC.

Dr. Mundell is a graduate of the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. He previously served as an officer in the United States Air Force and has held teaching roles at the Mayo Clinic and the University of Nevada, Reno.

Dr. Wiles is a graduate of the Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine and holds professional memberships with the Society for Vascular Surgery, American College of Surgeons, and American Medical Association.

We are proud to welcome Dr. Mundell and Dr. Wiles to our team, and so grateful they have chosen to bring their experience and expertise to our community!

This paid program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical training and is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience while beginning your healthcare career.

Participants will be employed by MMC during the program, earn a competitive hourly wage, and have their training, materials, and testing costs covered by the facility.

⏰ Class hours: Mondays & Tuesdays, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
✅ Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
