Want to give your heart some extra love while you relax?

We have some exciting news for our AmarilloMD community! We’re now offering an Infrared Sauna membership add-on for our primary care members. For just $75/month, you can enjoy unlimited sauna sessions (30 minutes per day, Monday through Friday) right here at the clinic.

We love it because it’s backed by science. Major studies, like the well-known Finnish cohort research, have shown that regular sauna use can significantly improve cardiovascular health. It’s also a fantastic tool for muscle recovery and a great way to de-stress.

Our new sauna features beautiful Canadian Hemlock wood and Bluetooth speakers, making it the perfect escape from the daily grind. 🌲🎶 We’ve made scheduling super easy through our app, so you can fit your session into your busy day without any hassle.

We need volunteers TODAY to pick up trees (2 Arizona Cypress for each car) for our non profit Veteran's Housing and Horticulture Therapy project we are initiating next door to the office. Please message below and plan to show up at Thompson Park near the Dog Park at or before 12 noon, then bring the trees to the rear of AmarilloMD where I have irrigation set up for them. We need about 20 Arizona Cypress to build an adequate windbreak for the horticulture area. Thanks in advance!
