Today we're proud to recognize Martha Raburn, FNP as she celebrates 1 year of serving our patients and community.

One of the things Martha enjoys most about her role in the pediatric field, is building lasting relationships with children and their families while watching her patients grow from infancy into healthy, confident young adults. It is incredibly rewarding to help guide their healthcare journey, provide compassionate care through every stage of development, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

In Martha's free time, she enjoys real estate investing and she works on her long-term vision of transitional recovery housing to improve someone else's life as they learn new coping skills to live in true freedom.

Congratulations Martha, on this incredible milestone! Thank you for your hard work\and the outstanding care you provide each day. We are grateful to have you on our team!

Help us celebrate Jazmin Sanchez, FNP, as she reaches an exciting milestone—1 year with CareConnect! 💙

One of Jazmin’s favorite parts of her role is caring for our littlest patients, getting to meet new babies and watching them grow, learn, and reach exciting new milestones along the way.

When she’s not caring for patients, Jazmin loves spending quality time with her family. Whether they’re relaxing at home with a movie or traveling the world and making new memories, family time is always her favorite!
